Where Things Stand
We are not advertising positions at the moment. Roles in Indonesia are employed by our partner company in Jakarta, and they open when a scope of work funds them. Every advertisement will say whether the role is permanent or fixed-term and, if fixed-term, for how long.
Rather than collect applications for roles that do not exist yet, we would rather you know where things stand — and hear from you when they do. What follows is what we are building.
What We Are Building
We are looking for talented people who love what they do, who want to work with international clients and who want to develop their skills using current technologies.
With us you can work for German and other European companies without leaving your home country. In our supportive and inclusive environment we want to grow leaders, not followers — technically, organisationally or otherwise.

A supportive environment

Full-time employment
A written Indonesian employment contract, not freelance piecework. Where a role is funded by a defined client scope we say so, and the offer states the contract type, its term, what happens when the scope ends, and the statutory end-of-contract compensation.
Above-average salaries
Above the local market for the skill level, reviewed annually, with the provincial minimum wage as a floor and never as the benchmark. Social security registration and the religious holiday allowance are statutory entitlements, and we do not present them as benefits.
Interesting projects
Work on client products with real responsibility from the start, usually more than one during an engagement.
Development
Regular workshops and knowledge sharing, plus training where a gap exists between your skills and a client's needs.
Intent-based leadership
A leadership approach that supports inclusiveness and the development of natural leadership.

How we handle it: the controller is Stimulink, Harald Müller (address in our imprint). We store your name, contact details, CV and our correspondence for this purpose only, on the basis of your consent, for up to twelve months, and then delete them. We pass them to no one. If a role arises with our Indonesian partner company and we would need to pass your note on, we ask you first and only send it on if you agree. You can withdraw your consent and ask for deletion at any time. Please leave out anything we do not need at this stage — identity documents, bank details, health information.
